Episode Overview
During a routine traffic stop, a handcuffed passenger shocks law enforcement by making a break for it. Shortly after the chase is called off, an SUV speeds away but quickly runs out of fuel. Meanwhile, the driver insists that the firearms discovered in his vehicle were secretly placed there.
