Episode Overview

West Covina police pursue an Infiniti with a noisy exhaust as it speeds away from a car gathering. The driver confesses he freaked out upon spotting the officers and feared disappointing his mother. Meanwhile, in Riverside County, a woman is stopped while riding a stolen moped, revealing she took it from her boyfriend without any intention of giving it back. In West Covina, authorities discover a man on probation with a significant quantity of suspected stolen goods as well as a tool meant for disabling security tags.
