Episode Overview

In Dallas, law enforcement chases after a vehicle reported stolen. Meanwhile, a frustrated customer, unhappy with a faulty watch, receives assistance and reassurance from the police. Over in Fort Worth, a woman reports an assault, alleging that a crack dealer was her attacker.
