Popeye steps up to safeguard Poopdeck Pappy's ranch from a sneaky rustler. The villain attempts to eliminate Popeye, but his efforts backfire when Popeye keeps bouncing back, no matter how many times he’s lassoed, restrained, or even tossed off a cliff. Frustrated by Popeye’s resilience, the rustler finds himself increasingly vexed as the spinach-loving sailor continues to thwart his plans at every turn.
