Popeye surprises Olive by getting her lovebird a companion. The new pair, Romeo and Juliet, quickly fall into a spat, causing Romeo to take off in a huff. Olive insists that Popeye must retrieve him, leading to a comedic adventure as he sets out to bring the feisty lovebird back home.
