Episode Overview

Walker has long been convinced that the man who took his parents' lives at a carnival in the sixties was deceased. However, after a visit with one of the assailants from that fateful night, he discovers that his parents' murderer has been enjoying a carefree life all these years. Determined to find him, Walker seeks assistance from an old cowboy who witnessed the horrific event, hoping to finally bring the killer to justice.
