Episode Overview

Thunder Malloy, a preacher and close friend of Walker, passes away, leaving his wife and children in a difficult situation. Trent, the eldest son and a former student of Walker, had previously clashed with his father over his decision to join the Army instead of taking up the family calling. Now, he returns home to support his mother and siblings. Although Walker suggests he consider becoming a police officer, Trent prefers not to carry a firearm and takes a job as a security guard instead. Meanwhile, Walker is investigating a case involving a shooter targeting police officers, with Trent's friend Carlos Sandoval potentially in danger.
