Episode Overview
Title: Everyday Heroes Plot: Trent becomes known as a protector of women facing abuse. Maria Mendoza, the wife of a drug lord named Rudy, suffers at his hands. When she sees Trent’s picture in the newspaper, she reaches out to him. However, upon meeting, fear of her husband's wrath stops her from seeking help. Unbeknownst to her, Rudy has her under surveillance. Concerned for her safety, Trent enlists Carlos to investigate. Just as they gather information, Rudy's men attack, but Trent and Carlos manage to rescue Maria and take her to Alex. She reveals details about her husband's illegal dealings, leading to a police sting. Seeking vengeance, Rudy's men track Maria down, but she finds the strength to confront him. Just in time, Trent, Walker, and Carlos arrive to save her. Maria decides to escape and start anew far away.
