Episode Overview

The eleven finalists discover the difficulties of executing an assembly line demonstration within a tight eleven-minute timeframe. They are then introduced to their next challenge by special guest Duff Goldman from "Ace of Cakes." Duff is hosting a party for 100 of his friends at the Santa Monica Pier, and he tasks the finalists with reinventing a traditional carnival treat into a savory appetizer suitable for the guest of honor and his guests.
