Over in Cheshire, Michael Lea is convinced that quality food remains a necessity, even during tough economic times, and is seeking a Dragon's investment for his innovative hot and cold food van. Lastly, young student Vernon Kerswell from Manchester is excited about the potential of his extreme remote-controlled microhelicopters.
