Episode Overview

Barry Dyson, a local youth, finds himself charged with multiple arson incidents, and his secret romance with the daughter of his former boss complicates his claims of innocence. Meanwhile, Peggy teams up with her old friend Denzil on a new money-making venture, which leads to an unsightly mess. Jack steps in with his artistic skills to clean things up, but he and Blaketon soon consider taking more extreme, and unlawful, actions to resolve the situation.
