A body is discovered in the river, leading to suspicions surrounding Debbie Bellamy, as several witnesses report seeing her run away from the area. Meanwhile, David and Peggy find their home overtaken by a group of hippies. In an effort to mend their fractured relationship, Rob and Helen try to reconnect, ultimately culminating in Rob's proposal to Helen.
