While Peggy is out poaching, a group of young troublemakers shove her into a hole. In an attempt to catch them, Miller accidentally knocks over and kills an elderly bystander, which puts him in serious trouble. Seizing the opportunity, Peggy devises a new scheme and declares her intention to sue for the 'injuries' she incurred from the fall. Meanwhile, Gina finds herself drawn to her charming college tutor.
