Episode Overview

In a bar, a man is itching for a fight, looking for any excuse to throw down. Flashing back to 1972, Weston and Virgil navigate their school days together. A mail clerk, newly promoted, becomes consumed by his newfound authority, spiraling into madness. An experienced police officer grows disillusioned with the constant presence of crime around him. Meanwhile, a businessman explores unconventional opportunities by trying to lease out underwear at a laundromat. Again, the fight-seeking bar patron stirs trouble, while a group of poets in a post-apocalyptic world indulge in weed and craft songs. Lastly, a coal shoveler grapples with existential questions about his life.
