Casey challenges Detective Voight over his aggressive methods, insisting that he won't be intimidated, but soon learns that his stance comes with consequences. Dawson deals with repercussions for her behavior while on duty. At the same time, Severide struggles with an injured arm during a rescue at a construction site, prompting him to contact Anna, a former girlfriend and pharmaceutical representative, in hopes that she can assist with his ongoing injury issues.
