Episode Overview

Police Chief Herville is discovered deceased in a Chinese restaurant located in Paris's 13th arrondissement. Gilou faces the difficult task of informing Laure, who is currently undergoing treatment at a police rehabilitation facility. Taking the lead of the unit, Gilou teams up with Ali, a new recruit just out of training, to delve into the investigation. Simultaneously, Judge Roban returns from his sick leave only to learn that he is on the verge of mandatory retirement. Meanwhile, lawyer Joséphine grapples with the challenges of life behind bars as she awaits her trial.
