Hardie looks into a stagecoach robbery in which white men disguised as Native Americans murder the driver and guard, leaving a beautiful passenger for dead. Billy the Kid comes to the rescue of the abandoned woman, who persuades Hardie that Billy had nothing to do with the theft.
