Episode Overview

When Jim Hardie witnesses a man on the brink of being lynched, he intervenes by halting the stagecoach and fabricating a story that the man had robbed a Wells Fargo stage to protect him. Jim vows to transport him to Tucson for a fair trial. However, after the man manages to flee, Jim is compelled to pursue him deep into Apache territory.
