Jim Hardie is traveling on the stagecoach to Calico, where he learns from agent Mr. Bennett about some ongoing issues. Complicating matters further is Grandpa Bridger, who not only enjoys spinning tall tales to impress his grandson Pete but also has a penchant for acting them out.
