P.T. Barnstorm, the race owner, expels Dastardly from racing due to his repeated and reckless cheating. Left with no choice, Dastardly must visit an employment agency, where he tries his hand at several jobs, each one showcasing his utter lack of talent and suitability, leading to a series of hilarious mishaps.
