Episode Overview

Title: The "V" Dilemma Plot: Jay suggests that Michael consider a vasectomy, but he initially declines. After some time, he agrees to the procedure but ultimately changes his mind at the last moment. In response, Jay decides to pursue a hysterectomy instead. However, once she returns from the clinic, Michael surprises her by stating he will indeed get the vasectomy. Just as he expresses this, Jay drops the bombshell that she is expecting a baby.
