Episode Overview
As the Degrassi students wrap up their summer break just a week before school resumes, tensions linger between Jake and Clare, who are still not on speaking terms. Seeking distance from Clare after their parents' wedding, Jake finds solace in a remote cabin getaway. Katie worries about Bianca's close friendship with Drew, while Alli discovers Dave's infidelity upon her return. When Jake invites Katie, Drew, Marisol, and Alli to his cabin, Clare, feeling left out, convinces Bianca to drive her there. Upon arrival, Clare is shocked to see Alli kissing Jake and flees into the woods, where Jake and Drew pursue her, but Eli reaches her first. Meanwhile, Marisol becomes anxious as odd occurrences unfold, with Bianca making playful nods to horror films. In an attempt to unwind, Marisol and Katie smoke some weed they found, only to become paranoid while hiding out in a shed. As Jake tends to Clare's injury, he confesses his lingering feelings for her. The
