Episode Overview
Edina's latest love interest, Pete, a tape engineer with a storied past at Abbey Road Studios, has unearthed some unreleased Beatles recordings. The girls enjoy a lively day at the studio where Edina performs her favorite tune, "walking down the road." Flashbacks transport us to the sixties, revealing Patsy as a man during the recording of the iconic Sgt. Pepper album. At home, Elton John is invited to the gathering to showcase the Beatles tapes but storms out in frustration upon realizing he was only expected to play piano. Just as Pete proposes to Edina, he plays the tapes, only for everyone to hear Edina's voice instead of the Beatles. It turns out Patsy accidentally recorded Edina while searching for champagne in the control room, drowning out the legendary band.
