Greg faces a tough situation when a doctor bails right before a crucial clinic inspection. Felicity steps in and suggests her father for the job. As she digs deeper, she learns that Dr. Porter has been taking anxiety medication and quit his hospital role weeks ago. He confesses his reluctance about the job, revealing that he deeply misses his wife and hoped she would urge him to return home. Meanwhile, Noel struggles with Ruby's pregnancy and offers her his friendship instead. Tracy's overconfidence irritates Elena as they study for an exam, but after both achieve excellent scores, she agrees to go out with him. Ben, still troubled by Felicity's connection with Greg, reluctantly goes on a date but can't shake his feelings. When he visits the clinic to confront her, he finds Felicity and Greg celebrating their inspection success, leaving him feeling disheartened as he walks away.
