Episode Overview
Noel expresses his regret to Felicity and proposes they move past the kiss. Felicity feels their friendship has been a facade, believing he has secretly longed for her all along. Meanwhile, Ben and Felicity strengthen their bond. After suffering chest pains, Javier is hospitalized for observation and asks Felicity to manage Dean & DeLuca. With Ben the only employee willing to pick up extra shifts, she reluctantly seeks Noel's assistance. A malfunctioning steamer causes chaos at the café. When Ben's summer internship doesn't pan out, Felicity considers Noel's job offer. Ben confronts Noel about joining Felicity in Seattle and attempts to mend fences, but Noel undercuts him by retracting the offer to keep Ben away. This escalates into a physical altercation between the two. Javier advises Felicity to maintain boundaries with both men rather than expect them to get along, while Noel worries about the state of his friendship with her.
