Phil ends up in detention but decides to attend the dance with his new male friends. Things take a wild turn when a bull charges at one of them, prompting Phil to transform the creature into a cat. Meanwhile, Pim has accumulated too many tardies, so she enlists Curtis to dress up as her dad in a bid to escape punishment.
