Val and Holly dedicate the entire week to preparing for Holly's important interview at Columbia University. However, the day before the big event, Vince shares that he can bring friends to Coney Island to enjoy the new attractions. Tempted, Holly decides to skip her interview and attempts to reschedule, only to find that the next available date is Tuesday, March 15th, 2005. Meanwhile, Lauren contemplates whether to break up with Brad, who is affectionately known as 'the doctor.'
