Episode Overview

During the season finale, Murphy unexpectedly goes into labor, throwing the FYI team and crew into a frenzy as they grapple with the chaos of a live broadcast. Miles quickly delegates tasks, sending Jim to take Murphy to the hospital, Corky to wrap up the show, and Frank to gather supplies from Murphy’s home. At the hospital, Murphy remains surprisingly calm despite experiencing her first contractions, even inviting Jim to play cards. However, as the pain intensifies, she begins to scream, leaving Jim at a loss. A nurse checks on her and advises that it’s still early, recommending a walk to ease the discomfort. With Miles by her side, Murphy tries to stay composed, though she can't help but get a bit irritable. Eventually, her pain escalates, and in a fit of frustration, she clings to Frank and Miles, venting her frustrations.
