Clam unintentionally launches Jelly Cabin into outer space and finds himself stuck in Lumpus' home without wanting to be there. He barely gets any sleep, managing only 17 seconds of rest, and now has to represent the Legume council to avoid humiliation. Fortunately, with Lazlo's clever puppet scheme, they manage to pull it off.
