Episode Overview

Commander Hoo-Ha arrives at Camp Kidney to introduce his daughter, the mongoose Patsy Smiles. She surprises Lazlo with a Valentine, but he turns it down, fearing her father's wrath. When Hoo-Ha discovers the card, he becomes furious and assumes the campers are behind it. Determined to uncover the culprits, he resorts to extreme measures and various tests to coax a confession. Meanwhile, Patsy is fully aware that she was the one who penned the card, adding to the chaos of the situation.
