Cap'n Turbot is eager to snap a photo of the elusive Blue Footed Booby Bird, and his French cousin, Francois Turbot, joins the mission. However, things take a turn when Francois finds himself stranded on a cliff! Now, the PAW Patrol must spring into action to save him and reunite the Turbot cousins.
