Episode Overview
When Mayor Humdinger seizes Cap'n Turbot's weather blimp, he devises a scheme to manipulate the weather in Foggy Bottom. The Paw Patrol must spring into action to thwart his plans and retrieve the blimp. With teamwork and quick thinking, the pups race against time to restore the natural weather patterns and keep Foggy Bottom safe from Humdinger's antics.
