Adventure Bay is thrown into disarray when Mayor Humdinger unleashes his cacophonous cats. The pups spring into action to restore peace to the town. Meanwhile, Cap'n Turbot misplaces his glasses, leading to a series of mishaps. The PAW Patrol must come to the rescue to help him navigate through the chaos.
