Episode Overview
Eddie and Emmy grow restless at the carnival, leading them to sneak into Mayor Humdinger's Humsquatch costume. Their intention is to scare everyone away, causing a ruckus. However, their antics soon attract the attention of the PAW Patrol, who must step in to restore peace and ensure the carnival remains enjoyable for all.
