Episode Overview

Kay discovers that Alf has been putting in a lot of effort during his early morning workouts. Curious, he trails Alf to the mountainous terrain, where he witnesses him sprinting along the challenging trails. When Kay confronts him about his intense training, Alf candidly shares his thoughts. He feels that if he had chosen to accompany Kay instead of Duke, he might have been able to rescue Kay and finish building the Intercontinental Railroad.
