Episode Overview

Following his successful upgrade through Experience Points gained from the Area D restoration mission, Kay makes the decision to reopen the railroad tunnel that leads to the Mountain Area, where Alf is stuck. As the community rallies around him in support, Kay pushes open the tunnel gate. However, his efforts are thwarted by a sudden, biting gust of wind emanating from the tunnel, which blankets Fountain Plaza in ice.
