Episode Overview
As the holiday season approaches at Kadic, everyone prepares to head home, but Aelita finds herself without a place to go. While she monitors Lyoko, she receives a message from Franz Hopper, who has created a simulation of their mountain home. Though initially delighted to see her father, Aelita soon realizes it’s a trap set by X.A.N.A. – her father is merely an illusion. William lies in wait to toss her into the Digital Sea, but she manages to escape, prompting him to pursue her. The rest of the team, unable to reach Aelita, ventures into Lyoko, but they can’t prevent William from throwing her into the Digital Sea. Just when it seems Aelita is lost forever, the real Franz Hopper appears as a floating white bubble with a pink aura, rescuing her and returning her to Lyoko before vanishing back into the sea.
