Episode Overview

Romance author Nancy Brophy is confronted with a potential life sentence for the killing of her husband, Chef Dan Brophy. Authorities uncovered surveillance footage of Nancy's minivan in the vicinity during the time of the murder, along with a blog entry she penned titled "How to Murder Your Husband." As a result, she has been charged with one count of murder and one count of unlawful use of a firearm. Now, Nancy is preparing to take the stand and testify in her own defense.
