Episode Overview

While conducting a standard undercover operation aimed at prostitution, Columbus Vice Detective Andrew Mitchell fatally shoots 23-year-old Donna Dalton Castleberry. On the witness stand, Mitchell asserts that he acted out of fear for his safety, but the prosecution contends that Donna, confined in the backseat of a vehicle, posed no imminent danger.
