Matt ignores his suspension by negotiating a settlement for an injured worker, who only has two days left to file a complaint. He sets David up with an attorney friend on the ethics committee, but David spills details about the case, prompting the woman to warn Matt to back off or face a report to the bar association. Matt brushes off the warning and continues his work, leading Chrissy to report him. As a result, Matt's suspension is extended, and David distances himself from Chrissy, calling her a traitor. Meanwhile, Kelly decides to leave the store, and Donna’s date with a charming man reveals he’s married. She and David form their own "losers' club." Gina gets a spokesmodel offer after she and Dylan are featured in the society pages, while Noah and his crew take advantage of Dylan’s wealth. Tensions rise when Dylan objects to their drug use in his limousine, which leads to them getting pulled over for speeding.
