Episode Overview
Brandon and Steve find themselves in a fierce rivalry during a tennis match, escalating to near violence when Steve intentionally hits Jill with the ball. Jill, upset, pushes Brandon away and reveals that she was recently raped. Though Brandon offers to stay by her side, respecting her need for space, he cannot dissuade her from going back to New York. Meanwhile, Dylan has returned to the U.S., but Kelly is avoiding him. She tells Donna that Dylan became very withdrawn after being rejected by UC Berkeley. After spotting him flirting with another girl, Kelly went out with a bartender before returning home. Eventually, she meets up with Dylan, and they quickly reconcile. Donna's parents are relocating to Houston for a year, and she and Kelly try to keep Felice from discovering that they’re living with David. David assumes this means Donna will be intimate with him, but she has other plans. Brenda struggles to enroll in her preferred classes, while her old friend Darla takes up all of her time
