Episode Overview

Steve manages to dodge his community service at a retirement home, but his perspective shifts after he meets Saul Howard, a well-known actor from Samantha's sitcom. Saul, a lively and humorous man, is battling Alzheimer’s disease. Through their friendship, Steve begins to value what he has and stops complaining about his legal troubles. Saul also inspires him to release his resentment towards Rush by sharing his own painful story about losing his daughter. Meanwhile, Dylan decides against fighting his DUI charge, but Jesse encourages him to negotiate a plea deal, resulting in probation and a suspended license. Andrea meets Peter again at the laundromat, where they discover each other’s marital situations during a medical emergency involving Hannah, yet their chemistry remains. David and Clare step in to manage the Peach Pit After Dark, while Ray confides in Donna about his anxiety regarding their opening night performance.
