Dylan proposes to Toni, leaving her overjoyed but shaking Kelly, who reacts selfishly, upsetting Dylan. Meanwhile, she struggles with David’s budding romance with Valerie. Clare makes her feelings for Steve very clear. A sudden earthquake hits Los Angeles, frightening Colin. In Palm Springs for a journalism conference, Brandon and Susan find themselves stuck in an elevator with a pregnant woman, leading them to assist in delivering her baby. Donna reaches the finals for the Rose Court, discovering an old photo of her mother from 1969, but Felice refuses to share any details. Ray starts therapy and persuades Donna to join one of his sessions, where the therapist cautions her to steer clear of him.
