Episode Overview
Noah's civil trial kicks off with his lawyer painting Valerie as a manipulative gold digger, while the gang's testimonies work in Noah's favor. However, Josh's words cast a dark shadow over Noah, leading to Valerie winning the case. As a result, everyone turns on Noah and offers their apologies to Valerie. Meanwhile, while searching through Josh's things for more pills, Donna stumbles upon a prescription for Rohypnol. Josh confesses to having drugged Valerie, prompting Noah to step in and help Val build her case against him. In another development, David's record label undergoes a major change, with a new rep ousting Jasper from the band and handing total creative control to David, who is then accused of betrayal. Struggling with her deadlines, a confused Donna resorts to stealing designs from a colleague and is later found unconscious on her living room floor.
