Gina decides to take legal action against Felice, suing her for $1.1 million for the funds her mother squandered and for "pain and suffering." Meanwhile, Donna, overwhelmed by the family conflicts, seeks solace in Noah's arms. She feels David's anger is unwarranted but later apologizes, suggesting he’s just feeling lonely. Taking her advice, he uses his radio show to attract potential dates, but he loses track of the woman he’s interested in, only to find out she works for a cleaning service at the club. Donna persuades her mother to reimburse Gina the $60,000 she lost. Unbeknownst to them, Gina and Bobbi had actually plotted a scheme to con Felice, and they celebrate their success.
