Episode Overview

On Halloween, Punky decides to pull a prank on Isabelle Peavy to settle the score for how Isabelle has treated her, Cherie, and Allen. Known for her grumpy demeanor, Isabelle is rumored by Punky’s friends to be a witch. When Isabelle catches Punky attempting to execute the "flying foamie" trick, she drags Punky into her apartment. In a panic, Punky flees, accidentally leaving Brandon behind. Worried about her dog, Punky enlists Mike to retrieve Brandon. Inside, Isabelle reveals to Mike her backstory—twelve years earlier, a careless kid on a bike had ruined her chance to dance, leading to her bitterness towards children.
