Encouraged by her classmate Richmond Matzie, Punky decides to steal a winter scarf as a Christmas gift for Henry. In the process, she accidentally swaps bags with Mike, leading to Mike's wrongful arrest. However, Punky and Henry come to the rescue, and Punky clarifies the situation, ultimately freeing Mike from jail.
