Episode Overview
Punky and Cherie rally the other residents to prevent Maude Firestein from relocating to a nursing home. Maude is beloved in their community, but one tenant, the ever-grumbling Pete "The Crank" Frank, opposes their efforts. Despite his complaints, the neighbors come together to support Maude, ultimately ensuring she can stay in her home.
