Episode Overview

Following a delivery of twin babies at the hospital, nurse Eleanor feels compelled to bring up the topic of starting a family with her husband, Roc. For years, Roc has been adamant that they lack the time and resources to raise a child. Meanwhile, Roc’s father, Andrew, and brother, Joey, are supportive of the idea of having children. After four months of unsuccessful attempts to conceive, Eleanor and Roc begin to worry there might be a medical issue at play. When Dr. Worthy confirms that Eleanor has passed all necessary tests, the family turns their gaze toward Roc, leaving the air thick with tension.
