Episode Overview

Eleanor seeks a promotion at the hospital and enlists Andrew's help to charm the head nurse, Matty. However, Andrew describes his date with Matty as one of the most disappointing nights he's experienced. Surprisingly, Matty tells Eleanor a different story, claiming Andrew was the most amazing partner she's ever had and is eagerly looking forward to their next encounter. When Eleanor confronts Andrew about this discrepancy, he reveals that Matty reminds him of his late wife. Putting her own ambitions aside, Eleanor encourages Andrew to share his genuine feelings with Matty.
